Matt comes from an ARMY background his methods of teaching and instruction are truly first class.

Matt’s best asset is his ability to break down complex movements or skills into easy
to teach steps and get people performing activities in the safest way possible.

His no BS approach to training and life in general comes across from the moment you
meet him, he is a big part of the team and constantly pushes himself to be better and achieve more….. He will do the same for you.

When you’re near Matt don’t use the words “i can’t”….. They are not in his
vocabulary as he believes all things are possible and that mental strength is
more important than physical strength.

Matt has been training since the age of 15 competing at high levels in both marathon
kayak paddling and Triathlon, he lives by the motto that you only get out of life what you are willing to put into it.

Blake Roberts-Settle

Blake is a great motivator, and will help you push through physical abilities to allow you to see what your body is capable of, he will also break down complex movements and help you to learn movements that you never thought you could do.

Since finding CrossFit in 2012 he’s never looked back, enjoying participating in local competitions and bettering himself in the sport of fitness over the last couple of years.

As Blake is entering he’s final years of a Exercise Physiology degree new pathways and interests within the strength and conditioning industry have begun to emerge and enjoys he’s coaching role and the chance to better men and women of all athletic backgrounds and abilities everyday.
